Completing a vision:
After buying my first home, I couldn’t afford the live edge epoxy tables I admired—so I built a simple table that served me for three years. With no prior experience, I later took on the challenge of crafting my first live edge epoxy river table and couldn’t be happier with the result.
A Table with a Story:
This table was crafted from a tree that once stood on the grounds where The Pines at Davidson now resides. Felled during the construction of the senior living community in Davidson, North Carolina, the tree lives on through this piece—serving as a meaningful gathering place where families have shared meals, stories, and connection over the years.
I was honored to restore and refresh the table, ensuring it can continue to serve the residents of The Pines for many more years to come.
Built by request for my wife's client—just a photo and a budget to follow. It worked out perfectly for both sides.
This was my first. Curiosity turned into action. No real plan—just a vision and a photo for reference. Figured it out, sold it. Fell in love with the process and never looked back.
A table built to take a beating—rugged, reliable, and budget-smart. Made for my “new homeowner, low cost, no compromise” mindset. It served me well. Now it’s my sister’s first “Simple Table."
We all know a scrap wood hoarder—this time, it paid off. A leftover butcher block became a clean, functional entryway table.
