Handled high-volume daily installations of cabinets, moldings, hardware, and custom alterations. Experienced in managing orders, non-stone countertops, and custom work for a diverse client base.
2022 – 2023: Lead Project Installer & Project Manager
Served high-end clientele as the lead installer and project manager, overseeing every aspect of cabinetry projects from initial order placement to final walkthrough. Responsibilities included installation management, punch lists, reworks, fabrication, and client communication.
2023 – Present: Owner & Operator of RJ Woodwork & Design
Leading the business with hands-on involvement in all phases — from design consultation and 3D modeling to custom cabinet fabrication, paint finishing, delivery, installation, and customer service. Collaborating directly with clients and contractors, providing estimates, managing site visits, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
